At the beginning of November we had a series of storms blow through with low snow hitting our local area. Low snow means that at the 2,000 foot level you're getting sopping wet random bits of snow in little random areas while up at the 4,000 foot level where my folks live, you're most likely getting a good bit more that just random sopping wet bits. :)
This is our back deck area with all the lovely leaves sticking to all the wet surfaces.
And this is the smattering of wet snow we got.
The driveway going up. For some reason, the snow didn't like the pavement and mingled with the leaves and dirt instead.
The driveway going down.
More snow. It was really weird snow, more like melting little balls of wet stuff than actual snow.
*pretends to look very intelligent* And here we have yet more snow!
This was an attempt at capturing the trees reflected in the puddle. I think I captured my boots fairly well.
I loved how cool the puddle looked with all the leaves in it.
And the sunlight bouncing off of it.
See? Slushy wet snow!
I mean, doesn't that just look kinda cool?
