Our landlady has three cats. This one is Kaydo {not sure about spelling but that's okay}.

He's pretty sweet.

This one is M.J. She likes to play rough - as in, with her claws.

And this is their kitten, Brutus. He's a scaredy cat.

He has a thing for my shoes. Obviously.

Passing Through Providence

Last week we went up to visit Matthew's parents and while in Providence, we swung by the capital building.

Poor Matthew had the sun in his eyes. It was a really hot day.

Today we went with some new friends to go visit their family and go for a swim.

Library Day

There is so much one can do at the local library! You can use the internet to Google pictures of chocolate cake or to post a very random post to one's blog. Or you can check out books! Science books, cookbooks, Sci Fi books, health books {boring}, novels, classics, poetry - the results are endless! *huge grin*

Personally, I'm gonna shoot for looking up Ilium - a science fiction book that caught Matthew and my attention on Goodreads the other day. I mean, the Trojan battle on Mars? That's new! :)

Plus, this library has great hours! 9am to 9pm today and tomorrow! *does happy dance*

I was getting ready to board when I took the two above pictures. It was an interesting new adventure.

Intro

Greetings! I have no clear idea of what I'm gonna be doing with this blog but I will figure that out later. A blog of random {why is everything about my life best described as random? Hmm....} posts on things I'm doing, new things I'm learning, and well, random thoughts on life, books and chocolate. It should be an interesting adventure. Note: I might change the title of the blog.
