Baby Containment Contraptions

The amount of gear it takes to haul baby around and keep her occupied is a huge amount. Recently we acquired some handy new stuff that we didn't previously have, in addition to what we already had.

My mom had gotten us this super nice stroller when Baby was a newborn. I love it!

Then my mom found a cool baby backpack carrier at a yard sale. Baby wasn't too sure about it but we'll make it work.

Daddy gets to use it.

We got a lovely folding high chair which is prefect because the little strap-to-the-chair one is getting too small for Baby.

For quick trips to town when our awesome gnarly stroller would be too bulky, we have this dinky little stroller that has funny wheels. It works well and Baby likes it.

And Baby's grandma got a swing. It works once you buy some batteries, swings at a good pace and plays classical music which Baby really likes.

She gets a little mad at me when I leave her in it to do dishes though.

And now that she can sit up by herself, we can use the high chairs at restaurants. This is her sitting in one for the first time. She loved it!

She of course threw all her food and two spoons onto the floor.

We've also put into the baby seats in shopping carts but she wasn't in the mood to get her picture taken {too busy examining her new confinement} so there's no picture of that. But she had a lot of fun.
