On Saturday Aug 18th, my husband and I flew back to California. Here are some of the pictures we took via our cell phones {hence the quality on some of the pics} during the long boring flight.
We had a three hour layover at Chicago. There was an aviation history section in the massive airport with this huge plane hanging from the ceiling.
All the Southwest planes lined up was an impressive sight.
Then there was this odd looking piece of "art" in the distance. O.o
This was our plane outta Chicago.
Crossing the desert.....somewhere outside of California.
Then there was a large mysterious body of water that looked picture-worthy. What can I say? We were bored!

....Oh look, civilization. Ish.

So yeah, that was a long tiring boring trip but exciting nonetheless. :)
